I have purchased a new SpringField GI-.45. I must rate it a 9, out of ten! The only thing I had issues with were the origional sights, although I do hit well with them, they are difficult to see. I have ordered some three dot sights from Springfield Armory. My question to a knowing reviewer is, how do I remove the "staked on front sight?
