Wow,do I ever enjoy my CZ. I own quite a number of firearms of all makes, models, and price ranges and this is one of my absolute favorites!I purchased it for $480(with tax!)brand new some months ago without knowing a whole heck of a bunch about this particular model or modern CZ guns either for that matter.I own an old CZ-52 surplus gun which I have always been very fond of,but that one was made many years ago so I didn't think comparing the two would be justifiable. Not much has changed tho, judging from the two handguns, and that is most DEFINITELY A GOOD THING!You can really tell that they did their homework on the feel and design of it.Everything about it is says that it's a gun designed by a culture of people that spend most of their time shooting at one another and who better to design a pistol than folks like that, right?! Well made all around and as comfortable of a handgun as i've ever held.Shoots wonderfully with just the right amount of pressure needing to be applied to the trigger to pop off a round and as accurate as i'm capable of being.Put nearly 400 rounds through it the day after I bought it without one single solitary problem and a lot of that was old surplus ammo too.As big of a fan of Springfield's XD line as I am,(another GREAT collection of firearms made by the ever so peaceful country of Croatia) i'm just that much more fond of the new CZ75 Duty pistol as it's become the one that I conceal carry on a regular basis. With all the numerous amounts of gun models/manufactures out there today, this guy IS the best bang for your buck and you won't be disappointed

No ftf/fte issues.Feeds smoothly.Accurate(shot mine up to 25 yards with 2 inch groups)Recoil is minor(9mm)Trigger pull is just where it needs to be in terms of pressure applied and there's never any "surprise" when the gun goes off.You get a feel for the gun pretty quickly. Cleaning it is a bit different than that of a Springfield or a Glock but easy and simple overall without any special tools being required to field strip it for a post firing range visit.Nothing all that revolutionary for the most part as far as performance is concerned. The gun just does what CZ's guns have always done, and well!

SOOOOO many useful features it's hard to know where to start. LOVE the grips! No need for any kind of Hogue aftermarket craziness hear.Even if you dipped your sweaty hand in Crisco oil and then picked the gun up to shoot it,it still wouldn't slip out which is one of the features I kinda dislike on most XD's/Glocks.Comes with a decocking type amidextrous safety lever as well.Don't like decocking lever's you say??? NOT A PROBLEM,since a standard type safety is included in the box too! Slide's pretty easy to pull back and there's also a standard pictanny type rail in case you'd like to add a light and or laser for easier target aquisition of zombies when it's really dark outside. The phrase"16 in the clip and 1 in the hole,Nate Dogg and Warren G making these bodies turn cold" kinda comes to mind too when I have this puppy in my hand. The mag release comes stock on the left side but can easily be swapped around for all you lefties out there. It's a compact(size between SUB-compact and full frame)and tho some may think it to be just a bit on the big side for concealed type carry,it suits my needs in that area quite well. All and all and to finally sum it up, the CZ75 P-07 Duty is just a well made, well thought out,REASONABLY PRICED firearm and, with guns like this on the market,it's astonishing that overpriced weapons companies like H&K are still even in business....
