Great little 9mm that actually has a modified Browning tilt-action, vs. most compact guns that are blowbact operated. This gun unfortunatly spelled the demis of a great firearm and one of my favorite pistols, the S&W 6906. It accepts both the 5906 and 6906 magazines, which means it can use the 10rd mag it came with, the 6906's 12rd mag, and the 5906's 15rd mag. It will even take Mec-Gar's 17rd and 20rd mags, and el cheapo 30rd's. |

It has very little recoil, and has a aluminum chasis that the slide rides on, while the handle and trigger are made out of some DuPont fiberglass embeded polymer. The ealier modles were said two have jamming problems, but I have owned and early version and a later version and found that I had no jamming problems at all, witch suprised me for a full power handgun that barely weighs a pound and is less than six inches long. One problem I did have, which hopefully can be solved with a drift punch is that since I mostly carried it in my right pocket in a Ted Blocker pocket holster, the rear sight has drifted so far that if I use the three dot sights to aim, I have to move the front dot all the way outside of one of the rear sights and line it up in a standard three dot to get it to hit on target. Poin shooting is breeze, it hits where you point it. |

You can change out the polymer handle with a different color, add a spring clip that rides along the side of the gun, like some pocket knives have these days, add a extended baseplate to the 10rd mag if it is to short for you to get all you hand on the grip, spacers for th 12rd and 15rd mags, and a baseplate for a mag that will hold a flashlight. |
