This was my first gun and I love it!I bought it from Gander in 2004 used the stainless was dull,I have shined it up to where it looks like chrome.The grip is wood and is awesome feeling in my hand,I have small hands.

This gun has a low front sight so it shoots low,slight elevation on target and it hits the mark regularly.Tried20,15,10 and 5 yards out around 5 to 7 yards was accurate to point of aim anymore than that was not so good.Was bought for defense purpose and mostly that is within 5 yards anyway.Recoil is nothing just a tap.Easy to clean and maintain.

The stainless finish is beautiful I keep it that way by shining it up weekly.The model I have was made in febuary of 1991 it did not come with the lock system on it which is fine by me I don't have small kids around here I have a trigger lock that Gander gave me that does the trick.Easy to conceal little recoil and fits my small hands 100% would recommend to anyone for daily carry.Great gun Taurus!!!
